A development of new residential accommodation for students, with external amenity spaces, ancillary communal leisure/study spaces and management facilities, making the most of the site location to provide high quality managed accommodation that is well located for both of the city universities.

The complex contains 303 student rooms comprising 32 shared apartments and 72 individual studios in a range of sizes and configurations. Shared apartments have communal kitchen, living and dining facilities and all residents have access to communal common room, games room, cinema, gym and study areas in addition to extensive cycle parking and on-site laundry facilities.

Two landscaped courtyards provide visual and spatial amenity for residents and a new ‘pocket-park’ creates an area of attractive new public domain to improve the quality of the local environment.
