The Council's planning brief for this prominent riverside site restricted development to 3 storeys. However, the quality of CSP's striking landmark design persuaded planning officers to support the 7 storey proposals, and the planning committee to give the scheme its unanimous approval.

Complex servicing, archaeological, flooding and acoustic issues were successfully resolved to create 114 luxury apartments in four domed towers, connected by glazed links that enclose a dramatic internal atrium. Car parking is provided in a semi-basement undercroft.
