Moxy Hotel, York

Within York’s Central Historic Core, close to significant heritage assets and adjacent to a new contemporary office building, this development skilfully reconciles unusually diverse constraints to maximise the development potential of the site for a new hotel.

Our design translates the challenges, constraints and opportunities of the site into a composition of interesting forms to accommodate 119 hotel guest rooms with ground floor reception, lounges, food and beverage and ancillary service rooms.
