Planning permission submitted

Planning permission has been submitted for a proposed student accommodation scheme in York

We’ve submitted a planning application for a new purpose built student accommodation project in the historic city of York, adjacent to the city walls.

The scheme aims to redevelop a brownfield site, completing the townscape on a key route around the cities historic wall. Two landscaped courtyards will create valuable green amenity space for the students.
